Dear friends,
As the year winds to a close, I want to take a moment to thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your 2021.
Since going public in 2018, DLT Resolution has continued to grow and mature in many ways, first by becoming a hosted telecommunications and information technology provider in 2018 and since by rapidly expanding our activities through development, partnership and acquisitions. Along the way, we have learned much about the topic of digital empowerment. I continue to be in awe of the ways that our customers are using digital technologies to empower others through content, community and commerce.
While our goal has never been to become the largest participant in any of our market verticals, we have thrived to cross-pollinate value propositions such as customer base and service offerings amongst our team of companies. We are ending the year with the knowledge that we are going to surpass a number of metrics related to the nature of our business offerings. We expect to hit a critical mass in short order that allows us to solicit third party offerings to earn off the depth of our ever growing customer/member base. Currently more than 550,000 strong. We intend to seek the ongoing feedback that so many of our clients, members and partners have provided with which we have continually raised the bar in all areas, most notably (1) functionality, (2) performance, (3) resiliency, and (4) value.
In our increasingly digital world, resiliency is essential. This is why we made strategic investments in the infrastructure, personnel and innovation required to achieve benchmark status in the industry across all areas of operation.
Investments in the development of our SAAS (software as a service) offerings, Vote Your Choice(™) secure online and remote voting and our YOUNIFIED(™) have started to substantially bear fruit on the strength of these applications. These services have opened a number of opportunities to land new clients at this point, primarily in the Union sector. With a number of test runs being initiated with multiple unions, we expect to solidify these trials into long term monthly subscriptions. These conversions would substantially add significant revenues to DLT whilst adding tremendous value and savings to the the unions and its members. At DLT we feel strongly that this new service model can transform the union business model across North America.
Looking ahead, our commitment to empowering small to medium sized enterprises will be unwavering. Our toolbox has never been deeper. Our organization has never been stronger. As you look ahead to your 2022 plans, I can think of no better digital ally than DLT in equipping you and your digital projects. If there is anything we can do to serve you better, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at jwilkes@dltresolution.com .
On behalf of the DLT Resolution team, I extend you a blessing for a joyous year-end and a healthy and auspicious start to 2022.
Regards, John S. Wilkes President DLT Resolution Inc
